KMS has an extensive ISO compliant training program for certifying Field Service Engineers. KMS Field Service Engineers are trained on each type of system for each market sector. It takes up to a year to qualify for certification in every given area; to reach the level of senior engineer could take up to 5 -7 years.

As the primary resource for customers, KMS Field Service Engineers are involved with all aspects of a project, from product development, to writing manuals, to start up and optimization, and on to building long-term relationships.

KMS Rapid Response Team
Local KMS Technicians will make sure that those customers requesting immediate assistance will receive a rapid response. Since they are fully trained on all electro-mechanical components and instrumentation, they can address almost all post start-up or component issues. In addition, they can assist with routine maintenance, instrument calibration, and conduct system audits.
