		KMS Lab Studies and Demonstration Tests KMS performs qualitative, bench top tests using special laboratory scale membrane testing equipment and small volumes of customer fluid samples. Feasibility studies are conducted using small membrane samples to screen several different membranes for new applications. Samples generated by these bench top tests are quickly analyzed for quality before committing substantial resources and funds to a field pilot program or to purchase a full-scale system. Field Pilot Programs KMS maintains a fleet of industrial and municipal pilot units that can be leased along with the services of our experienced Process Technology engineers. Pilot units utilize full size, commercially available, KMS membrane products. In this program, KMS employs both sanitary and industrial pilots for demonstrating MF, UF, NF and RO full scale, commercial products. KMS offers comprehensive piloting programs for:

Membrane Cleaning Studies and Autopsies To assist our customers in maintaining productivity, KMS offers membrane cleaning studies and membrane autopsy services. These are designed not only to help troubleshoot problems, but also to improve current membrane performance.

Process Technology Assistance Process Technology support is also available from KMS. These services assist customers in process enhancement, system integration and help KMS customers identify potential new areas for cost savings and/or product quality improvements.
